i talked about this last week -- the weather here in southern ontario is a trip. today's scheduled high is 11 degrees celsius! for late january...IN CANADA! holy crap. yesterday was sunny and perfect; meanwhile, i was stuck inside of a snobby mall - hustlin' clothes. i missed out. today's rainy but i really can't and shouldn't complain because anytyhing is better than having to walk through ankle high snow, with brief patches of ice, intermingled with slush puddles and salty sidewalks. i can't thank you enough, God. unfortunately, in an attempt for mother nature to get her body back to a homeostatic state, other parts of the world have to suffer (see europe). sorry about all of that but in terms of my hood, i can't hope for otherwise. anyhow, get out there and enjoy the april-like rain. sing..dance...just don't touch electric fences, that's all.

who needs mediaplayer when you can use quicktime?
microsoft never updates their media player for mac users. don't they care? maybe they just forgot. naw, they just don't care!

the following is not strictly, but rather mostly for mac users since we tend to use quicktime a bit more than windows media player. when i come across cool software or news, i'll try and share it with the community. and don't worry, i won't link it unless it's free(ware); i'm cheap (really, frugal) like that.

according to this article, there's this program that enables your QT player to play .wma and .wmv files. i think that's dope. be gone WMP!!!
