well, it's about time
it's finally here. we've been waiting weeks, maybe even months, but i'm glad to say that spring has sprung. it can be a hard knock life when you're living where i live and winter is 6 months long. the snow and slush and ice and frost -- it all comes with the territory i guess. literally.

with the warm weather now aboard i think it's time the crew and i hit up some festivals. the "bread and honey" is coming up and last tuesday, c, mark, dr. maniak and i hit up "toonie tuesdays" at the rogers centre where we witnessed the jays take on the bo sox. now you might say "oh...$2 for the cheap seats" and pull one of those pouty lip faces that kids do when they get really ugly clothes from their uncles or aunts vs. a sega genesis for Christmas, and that's just fine. on the other hand, i exclaim, "OHHHHH, $2 for cheap seats!!!!" with an ear-to-ear grin making my smile look like a giant banana (if bananas were white) across my face. the cheap seats are where the crazy people sit. the 500 level near the rim of the stadium. it's where girls flash the surrounding crowd and where spectators get dragged out the by the police, only to break their arms. true stories.

next up - may; yanks game.

anyhow, the warm weather continues today. i'm gonna throw on my shorts and go for a run or even just walk to the gym - being one of those over-anxious fools you see on the street who wear shorts outside at the first climb of temperature above 20C. happy sunday.
