m.m. (reprise): "the message"
over the past couple of months, i've been to wakes and viewings of 2 personal family friends.

just the other night, i found out that my ninong has been diagnosed with alzheimer's. last year my uncle had a brain aneurysm and is currently on the road to recovery. the sad stories continue but i'm forced to keep pushing forward. we all are.

surfing the internet, here, upstairs in my room, i could hear the 6'o'clock news blasting its headliner: virginia tech shooting. 33 dead.

it makes my heart heavy at times and i wonder what the hell is going on around us.
the grey skys don't help either.

let's all keep the families & friends of the deceased in our prayers and on our minds. let's pray for the world because frankly, you can't deny that it's just gonna get worse before it gets better. keep your unborn kids in mind while doing this.

p.s i hope you and yours are well, abs (holla.).
