masterpiece mondays: "hip hop: beyond beats and rhymes"
hip hop, really "rap" (or urban or whatever the white managers of your local record store wanna label the genre as) of today blows. sound familiar? it's a war cry that i continually pout over until things change.
but the key word here is "until"....did you catch that?

at least i'm optimistic about it.

you're gonna see these trailers and say to yourself, "and? so? what else is new?".
i simply wanted to let all of you know that someone's actually taken the effort to make a doc like this.

you're gonna have to dig for that documentary but it'll be worth it.
