life skills...that's pretty clever
continuing the career hunt, i decided to take a breather and check out what's the latest news in kinesiology. after all, i should be up to date with these things if i'm gonna be a professional.

fate be told however, this (coffee green-tea) break path led right back to the career path. i found it kind of clever and i'm sure we can all agree with this article about life-skills.

*snickering**...as if they'll ever include that into college and university curriculum.
it's well worth the read, though.

[pratical life skills requirement would benefit all students]

exercise, dammit. it's more useful than you think
here's a bonus article i also came across. i heard this back in my "physical activity: health and aging" course and i guess it's just starting to hit the general population. who'da thunk it?....i'd'a thunk it.

take care of yourselves, fam.

[studies indicate exercise may boost brain power]
