so after 15minutes of being held on the line, and half-assed communication through pre-recorded messages and touch-tone menus, i need some downtime before i boil over and get too vexed. what will i do today? i'm off.
hit the gym?...that can wait.
sleep?...yep, that can wait too.

today, i'm all about the astro boy. before my boy aaron left last week, he offered to let me borrow anything i wanted to from his videogame/dvd collection. i chose astro boy. it's a childhood classic. what normal asian male doesn't want to fly around japan with jet propelled feet in his underwear trying to save the galaxy?

i just found it amusing how once i popped in the dvd into my playstation, my mom recognized the theme.
"it's like i've been taken back into time; like i'm a young mom again".

astro boy is the shit.
so here's to a day of 51 episodes, self-indulgence and leisure.
