can i even call this a "major" purchase? isn't the word "major" designated for a house, car or refrigerator?

it's always the case that when i don't have the cash, i'm ready to rule the world and splurge on anything. yea, you read that right, "when i don't have the money".

now that i've finished paying tuition, it's time to actually buy these things. the only thing is...i can't; im a real tight ass sometimes.

not a cheapskate per se...in reality, it's frugality.




it's a beautful and functional camera. it'll be the camera for my backpacking trip this fall. shoot, it'll be my camera for possibly the next 10 years...or 5 at least. these are the words that echo in my head to justify this upcoming purchase. now...if i can only get the physical self to actually reach into my pocket and pull out the dough or debit; that's a different story.
