it's a slow load but well worth it. in the span of about 3 mintues, bruce schools you on his philosophy. i know i posted a bruce clip on my first m.m. back in january but i felt this was well worth it.

the man didn't simply put together a system of fighting - he devised a way of life. through the combination of eastern & western philosophy, kinesiology and funky ass polyester track suits, sifu taught us about jeet kune do.
