2 eggs
2 slices of bread (whole wheat or multigrain preferred)
2 thin slices of cheese (in this case - marble)
1 slice of bolgone
2 forkfulls of polish sauerkraut (optional)

preheat and cooking spray your frying pan. smash 2 eggs and cook over hard (i.e. break yolks and flip) don't add salt to your eggs; there's no need. toast 2 slices of bread while frying eggs (timing is of the essence here). 1/2 fried egg into two sections. place one portion of the fried egg on the toast, layer with cheese slices and then layer that layer with the other section of fried egg. top with a slice of bologne and fork on sauerkraut to your heart's content. cut sandwich diagonally for beautiful triangled effect. dollop some ketchup on your plate for dipping and serve hot with a side of water and o.j., tea or coffee. enjoy. cleanse palate with fresh fruit - orange slices etc. for that energized morning feeling.

breakfast is my favourite meal of the day. if i have the time to make breakfast, i usually opt for the fatty/high carb type. if it's weekends, then it's nothing but filipino fried rice, eggs and spam or vienna sausage (or some other processed meat). but if im in student-on-the-run mode then it's the classic raisin bran or oatmeal and fresh fruit - meaning to say: i'm better off when i'm on the run.

always eat your breakfast to "break fast".
