"there's no time", they say
believe it or not, even i, myself, sometimes, find it hard to get my sweat-on. for whatever reason, the hardest part is making your comeback. everybody knows they should get exercise but making that first step can be brutal (literally).

i personally believe that the best treatment is prevention. hence, to never find yourself in that hole where you say "there's no time", find the root cause of your lack of time, not to mention the root cause of the dozens of other excuses you have lined up in your rolodex of excuses to use for not exercising.
